Why You Should Seal Your Pavers
Pavers that aren’t sealed will be subjected to wear and tear from the environment. The weather can damage and chip away at newly laid pavers if they aren’t protected properly. Without any protection on the surface of the pavers, the sun may cause their colors to fade. Sealing your pavers will lock the sand in between them into place, preventing disturbance from plant growth and insect activity. Without treatment, weeds will grow in between the pavers causing them to shift out of place, and insects will burrow in the sand, removing it from in between the pavers.
